We want you to love your Peacock Alley linens as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unwashed and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom monograms and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Package Your Linens

Carefully place the items in their original packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box with the return label attached to the outside.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
